Flexibility installation under limited space

Socket head cap screw requires no external clearance.

It is well suited for use within confined spaces, especially in those repair job environments.

It is often used with the head recessed within a counterbored hole, leaving the end of the head flush with the surface of the part being fastened.

The length of most socket head cap screw is given as the total length of the shaft, including both threaded portion and unthreaded shank and excluding the head size.

System weight reduction

As fewer screws are used, there will be weight reduction on account of smaller size of the component parts since the cylindrical heads of Allan Cap Screw bolt need less space compare to hex heads and it required no additional wrench space. Application idea in which there is limited space to manoeuvre wrenches or sockets. Only four socket head cap screw is required for each complete double flange combination and it can achieve the same clamping force in a joint.
