You may return or exchange your order within 21 days from the date of shipment as long as the goods are in good condition for resale purposes. We will not accept COD shipments, customers should take responsibility for the return freight charges. No claims for alleged faults such as improper use of the goods delivered, incorrect assembly by customers or third parties, improper maintenance.

STEP ONE
Email to news@saeflange.online or saeflangeonline.wasap.my to advise us that you wish to return or exchange your flanges.
STEP TWO
Repackage your flange and seal it. Ensure the flange is in the original look with good condition.
STEP THREE
Arrange deliver back the flange to address:

STEP FIVE
We will inform you once the goods are received in our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 days for credit to show on your statement.
